If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the merchandise for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30 days of shipping.

National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Checks and Money Orders. All Funds must be in U.S. Dollars.
Credit Cards: You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Your order will be shipped the next business day if received before 3 pm CST, and within two business days if after 3 pm CST. If an item is on backorder, we will only charge your credit card when that item ships.
Money Orders and Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and made out to National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. Send copy of order along with your money order or Check to:

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Texas.
Texas State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (not including shipping).
Most purchases are shipped the following day of the order date from National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame in Texas to arrive within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the order.
For overnight or express delivery, please allow one day from order date to fill the order.
Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers (i.e. special order items) may take longer, and items ordered together may be shipped separately.
Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $5 for standard delivery.
We regret that we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes.
You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the conclusion of the ordering process. If you misplace this confirmation, we will be more than happy to forward an additional copy. All orders shipped from National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame will include a packing slip or invoice.
